  The Mantra for today is "Fame cost and right here is where you start paying in SWEAT" - well, i felt like a bit of a Sweaty Betty today. A very physical session including a 'whine up yu waist and get on badd' Soca warm up routine, it was carnival all over again (minus the hang over) - look out for the Tina Turner moves. It's great! By the end of the run I'm going to be a size 8!!   Nicky (Mandy) wowed us with her dulcet tones in the VIP Crew's accapella tribute to Robert Nester Marley, yes people we were truly 'Jamming'. The play is really coming together- i cant wait till we open- avoid disappointment and get your tickets NOW!!!
